The Regional Hospital of Viborg, Skive, Kjellerup has implemented Cetrea Surgical in all their operation wards (except for dental surgery). The implementation was completed in 2 months and the system went live on December 7th. The installation consists of 65 work stations - many of those with touch screens - and is currently the largest installation of Cetrea Surgical.

The hospital has 20 operation rooms in Viborg and additional 5 in Kjellerup. These two physical locations are now able to effectively schedule both planned and acute operations across the hospital, thereby minimizing stress in the working environment and enhancing the patients' experience of the procedure. Cetrea Surgical allows the clinicians to communicate through a chat function and thereby minimizing disturbing phone calls.

The hospital wanted to implement a new booking system - BookPlan by Capgemini - and this was solved by making Cetrea Surgical fully implemented with the BookPlan system.
